SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Flower types, colors, textures, and vases may vary and be substituted from the photos shown due to availability. Each arrangement is made to order with fresh, seasonal blooms. Vases are subject to availability and substitutions will be chosen by our designer to best match the original selection.

We try our best to deliver the exact product as seen in the photographs or as requested, but at times due to the season and availability, substitutions may occur. In this event, we will deliver a second choice of similar flowers in the chosen colour palette and container of equal value and beauty. 

Don’t worry. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

  • We guarantee that every flower in your arrangement will be fresh, vibrant, and long-lasting. With proper care, our flowers are designed to stay beautiful for a minimum of 5 days.

  • Each arrangement is handcrafted with attention to detail, ensuring the design matches or exceeds your expectations.

  • We ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition, as arranged and on time, based on the delivery details provided.

If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To help your flowers stay fresh and beautiful, we recommend:

  • Keeping the container filled with clean water, topping your vase up each day.

  • Flowers received in a container with floral foam must be FULL of water every day. Using your finger, feel under the greens for a place where water can be added. Or you can pour water slowly into the center of the arrangement, keeping a finger in the container to gauge the water level.

  • Placing the arrangement in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.


DELIVERY POLICY

At Enchanted Florist, we are dedicated to ensuring your floral arrangements arrive fresh and in perfect condition. To achieve this, we follow a streamlined delivery policy & process.

  • A local delivery fee of $17.00 will be added to each order, for each address in Penticton. For deliveries to Summerland, Naramata, Kaleden, & Okanagan Falls, a $20.00 fee per order, for each address will apply

  • Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. PST, to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

  • A phone number for the recipient or local contact person is required to ensure prompt delivery.

  • We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

  • We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

OUR DELIVERY PROCESS

Our delivery driver will make an attempt to deliver your order to the recipient at the provided address. Deliveries outside of Penticton will always be called prior to delivery.

If the recipient is not present at the delivery location:

  • The arrangement may be left in a safe and shaded spot (weather permitting).

  • If no safe spot is available, the arrangement will be returned to our shop.

Upon return to the flower shop, we will contact the recipient to arrange re-delivery or pick up.



Holiday Orders

Place your order at least 1 week prior to major holidays, especially Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, to ensure availability.

Enchanted Florist will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Family Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Canada Day, BC Day and Labor Day.
